When you send a request to an agency, contact us, or claim an agency profile, we collect what you enter in the form, such as your name, phone number, email address and message.
How we use it
- To send your request to the agency you chose. The agency then contacts you directly.
- To answer your questions and verify agency claims.
- To keep the site secure and working.
We don't sell your personal information. We share a request only with the agency you sent it to, or with service providers who help us run the site (such as hosting and email delivery) under confidentiality obligations.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, our servers record basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit. If we use analytics or advertising cookies, we ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Health information
Please don't send medical records or detailed health information through our forms. We are not a health care provider, and the forms are meant only for contacting agencies.

Agency data
Agency names, addresses, phone numbers and ratings come from public CMS Care Compare data and from agencies themselves. Agencies can request corrections through our contact page.
